Monitor Wont go into Sleep Mode with MA2
I have done a search in the forum and from what i read, people are aware of this problem, but there hasnt been a solution for it. And maybe i have missed something, but Im having the same problem. Monitor just wont to go into sleep mode. And yes the "disable sleep mode" check box is not ticked.
Im running Win XP SP2, DX 9.0c. Can someone enlighten me with a fix to this problem. If there is one..... |

Any chance you have Ms NetMeeting running in the background?
I did a search on this as well and to me it seems most of the problems have been fixed by installing DX9. I know you're already running that one, but I mention it just as a response to the "no solution yet" comment. /Tiny Insomnia Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

bladeproject,
What video card do you have and do you have the most recent video drivers? Most problems related to the DirectX screensavers are bad install of video drivers or outdated video drivers. Has anybody else having this problem? |

Glad to hear it works. I was going to post first thing this morning because I have the exact same video card, the 9600xt, but never use the sleep mode. So I thought 'd try it last night, which I did. I was going to report that I didn't have any problems, even after switching it on or off, or after re-installing MA Time.
Very glad to hear your problem is solved. |
