Keycode

How long does it take to get a keycode. I bought the Goldfish Aquarium on 4/24. When I bought it I got a screen that did a countdown, said there was some type of problem, gave me a confirmation number, and I haven't heard anything since. I e-mailed support yesterday and haven't heard anything from them either. Has anyone else had this problem?

It should have arrived almost instantly, certainly within 10 minutes. As with any new release, Customer Support is overwhelmed, but I'm sure they will get back to you soon.

When I purchsed it I got an order number AND the keycode on the screen instantly. I then got an email to follow that up.

That was on 4/24.

The charge cleared the bank the next day (on a debit card and checking account).
