Me too! Good script, good effects, good characters, good plot, *excellent* music and a beautiful ship! Followed by Wrath of Khan, followed by Voyage Home (just for it's fun value, OK?)
We can pretend that Final Frontier and Nemesis never happened. Or at least we can try.

Until Nemesis, even-numbered Star Trek movies were always good-to-great movies.

It seems my choice of screen name spawned this tangent. What the heck? My question was answered, sort of, and it's been interesting.

Threads are always being hi-jack around here, you make a simple remark about your cat and it turns into a debate on the environment.

this happend while i played around the ss md & time version..
ok,it goes like this...my system is win98se. in display properties menu chose screensavers tab, then select ma2 md select the checkbox for password protected click apply then ok.. the fun starts here: when the ss execute it will be interupted when key stroke or even mouse movement (if you untick the checkbox in ma2 md setting) then a window will appear prompt for password... follow this: press ctrl+alt+del it will bring up a close program menu see ma2md listed in the box? select it and press end task button.. a confirmation menu of end tasking will appear.. click end task again... tada... access to your pc without a propper password... if you use windows default ss , no matter what eg:ctrl+alt+del also can't shut the ss off...except to force shutdown... .¸¸.·´¯`·.¸><(((º>° °o°°Oo°oO° ><(((°>° °<°)))>< |
