Goldfish Problems #3 -- WANTING A CD

I HAVE NEVER GOT A CD AND I ORDER ALL MY DOWNLOADS OFF THEIR AGE AND THEY HAVE NEVER WORK YET !!!! CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ?

Not sure what we're talking about here. This thread is for the Freshwater Aquarium which I had planned to create, but never got a chance.

There was a CD version of the Marine Aquarium sold in stores many years ago.

Moved this thread to the Goldfish forum.

If you bought the Aquarium off their page without testing it, and you cannot get Prolific to reply to your e-mails, then you can contact your bank and cancel the charges.

It not that i love the screen saver i just wish i could get them to work .

tjl60 -- I'm still not sure what CD you are talking about. Their website is pretty clear about it being a digital download:

Also, it's $19.95, not $60. You download the file, make sure it works properly on your machine, and if it does you can buy the Key Code to unlock all the features.

i am not going to fight i bought 60:00 from all you company . So do not tall me i did not buy them . They worked for awhile and than nothing . I had to reset my computer and after that it started

Sounds to me like you need to reinstall the Graphics Drivers for your computer. The Aquarium (you still haven't told us which one, but you have posted in Freshwater, Goldfish, and Marine Aquarium at different times so who knows?!) works just fine. Your computer has to have valid graphics drivers though.
