Not a Bug Keycode

Folks,
Probably been asked before. Having registered many years back with a now defunct email address and now wishing to use Marine Aquarium on a new laptop I have the following dilemma:

1. Cannot change email on website without Keycode.
2. Cannot access keycode by email because old email registered

I have sent an email via the serenescreen web site but was never answered. Exam question is how do I access my old key code and update my email address?

I can provide my old email address as some form of verification, plus my home address etc etc.

help!
