one way is for jim to do a new thread saying beta 2 or 3 or 4 and so on it will be the first thing we see when we come here

The best way is to subscribe to the thread I mentioned. You will get an e-mail immediately when a new version is released as we intend to add new posts to that thread when there is a new version.
