A temporary fix for this problem has been posted in the original 2020 - 2024 discussion thread on it.

There's like 3 separate Threads on this exact same issue... perhaps there should be a STICKY made for it, with the temporary solution?

I managed to fix this issue on my end. My current laptop has two video cards, the Intel(R) UHD Graphics, and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050. My first prediction, as most of you have mentioned was that it was an issue related to my driver. But before deciding to resort to an older update, I decided to check the display settings of the screen saver, and noticed something peculiar. My display settings was set to link to my Intel card rather than my RTX 3050. So rather than changing graphics drivers I updated my graphics settings in NVIDIA Control Panal To High performance nvidia graphics card, and it worked just fine!
